The Louvre is an enormous & impressive museum - it is easy to feel overwhelmed - Clara took an immense place, navigated it expertly/intentionally, and created a way to see highlights and hidden gems while learning new and unexpected things! This was a fantastic tour! Our guide, Clara, was a mixture of entertaining, extremely knowledgeable, and engaging. With 600,000 pieces in the collection, you could spend weeks in the museum, but this tour provided a fun way to see several masterpieces in a few hours. Definitely recommend.
Book this 10/10 tour. The charming and enthusiastic guides know all the tricks of navigating this huge space. They know how/where to get a locker to stash coats, jackets, and bags, so you may walk and take pictures more easily and comfortably. They speak perfect English! The order the tour is presented in, is chronological, tracing the history of the art, the times it was created in, and the building itself. I found the presentation fascinating & the three hours flew by. It was my fourth tour with this company. The thing I like best is the attention to detail & the value for time and money spent. I look forward to my next adventure with Boutique Tours. They are simply the best!
Interesting, informative & fun tour of the Louvre. We had a fantastic tour of the Louvre with Clara! Clara and the rest of the Boutique Tours team were extremely organized & responsive. Clara did a great job hitting highlights of the tour and proving a lot of interesting history about the museum, the art, and Paris. The tour was our first stop after arriving in Paris on an overnight flight. Clara was very kind, attentive, and friendly and our tour was a perfect introduction to Paris.
