Step outside

Le Marais is home to Jardin after Jardin – Joseph Migneret, Jardin de l’hotel de Sens, Jardin des Archives nationales, to name a few. So get your best sneaks on and get lost in the hidden city gardens.

Get to Les Enfants du Marché before 12pm to snatch a spot or explore the outdoor food market stalls of the Marché des Enfants Rouges. Nestled between Chatelet & Bastille, going up to Republique, le Marais covers the 3rd and 4th arrondissement of Paris. And located on the banks of the Seine it’s perfect to stroll to, but there are plenty of ways to get to the home of the Notre Dame.

Make your way there by métro: Hotel de Ville entrance into Le Marais: Lines 1 & 11 or Bastille entrance: Lines 1, 5 & 8 or Chatelet entrance: Lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14.
